从2012年1月18日起，肯尼亚标准局对出口至肯尼亚的货物执行装船前的符合性认证（PVCO）。此项符合性认证项目使用于特定地区的特定产品。

二、认证流程

1.提供IDF，发票箱单，检测报告等资料

2.提交申请，审核通过，安排验货（监装）

3.验货（监装）合格后，机构会出草稿

4.草稿确认，出正本

近日，肯尼亚标准局KEBS和药剂和毒品管理局PPB向所有从事医疗器械 (Medical Devices)、食品补充剂 (Food Supplements)、医学美容产品(Medical Cosmetics)、草本产品 (Herbal Products)和其他类似的医疗保健类产品 (HealthcareBorderline Products)的进口商发布了联合公告。公告表示为了避免肯尼亚公众受到不合格产品的危害，针对上述所有原在PPB管控下的相关产品同时也必须开始实施KEBS规定的出口前符合性评定方案(Pre-ExportVerification of Conformity，简称PVOC)。所有相关产品的进口商在向PPB申请进口许可之前必须先获得产品符合性证书(Certificate of Conformity，简称COC)。

该规定自2017年9月1日（到港日）起正式实施，特提醒近日从事相关产品出口到肯尼亚的小伙伴们务必注意！

其主要影响的产品海关编码可参考如下：

§  2106: Food preparations not elsewhere specified or included

§  3005: Gauges, bandages, weddings and similar articles

§  3006: Other pharmaceutical goods

§  3822: Diagnostic laboratory reagent sand certified reference materials
